Order Tracking
All express shipped orders can be tracked online. However, not all standard shipments have tracking available. You can find your tracking number two ways:
- Check the shipping confirmation email we send you (this should arrive in your inbox within 48 hours of purchase). The email will contain a tracking link if available.
- If you can’t find your tracking info, email our support team at hello@buddybound.com with your order number or customer reference number. We’ll assist you.
Shipping Location and Speed
Buddy Bound ships all orders from California. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days before shipping. Shipping speed and rates depend on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at hello@buddybound.com with your order details. Where possible, we will send out a replacement using express shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel, please contact our support team within 48 hours of placing your order at hello@buddybound.com. We will do our best to intercept your order before it has been processed and shipped, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, you may apply for a standard return.
What are my payment options?
Payment options available will be displayed at checkout and typically include major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
What currency can I pay in?
Depending on your location, we will try to select the most appropriate currency for you. All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. Most countries have tax included in the price; if not, tax will be shown on the checkout page before purchase.
