What’s Covered?
We warrant our bags against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This includes issues like broken zippers, damaged stitching, or material failures not caused by misuse or accidental damage.
Warranty Period
All Buddy Bound pet bags are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Not Covered?
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper care, or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, scratches, fading, or discoloration.
- Damage caused by pets chewing, scratching, or excessive force beyond normal use.
- Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage that does not affect product function.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Buddy Bound product has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer support team at hello@buddybound.com with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the product at our discretion.
